Lazy Sundays are not always easy to make happen, but when you do.... utter bliss ensues. This particular lazy Sunday involved waking up when I wanted (alarms are banned), throwing on comfy clothes, putting on a smidgen of make up to take the edge off and heading out for brunch with a lovely person.
You would be forgiven for thinking we went to some fab new brunch destination when looking at the mouthwateringly good breakfast below, but no we went to a Weatherspoon's, A WEATHERSPOON'S in Camberwell called the 'Fox on the Hill'. The breakfast was £3.90 and the coffee was 70p plus free refills. Its not the classiest joint going but the cheapness and overall tastiness overruled.
We sat in the pub for hours eating, drinking far too many coffees and chatting about everything in the world ever. I then proceeded with my lazy day by following up brunch with a nap, a sunday roast and bed. Monday came around far too quickly as it always does but man, Sunday was good.
