#This Girl Can

'This Girl Can' is a nationwide campaign, supported by Sport England and I think it's bloody wondrous. The main aim is to get all girls, regardless of shape, size or sporting ability to get moving.

Everyone deserves to feel good, everyone deserves to feel their 'best self'. People don't tend to do certain activities (or anything for that matter) due to the fear of being judged, This Girl Can is about changing attitudes. There were all the words to say about this, so I thought I would express them via my YouTube channel (ashleyfauguel)!

Coconut Oil Pulling, A First Attempt.

Oil Pulling - sounds weird, feels weird but works?...

You can choose between sesame seed oil (grim) or coconut oil (less grim). The aim is to swish the oil around your mouth first thing in the morning for 20 minutes, spit the oil into a bin, rinse your mouth with warm water and then brush your teeth as normal.

The benefits that oil pulling promises feel like a tall order... but after trialling the weird activity for two weeks, I am actually beginning to be converted.

Oil pulling isn't a new fad, it's actually an ancient Indian practice... come and drink the Kool-Aid kids, it tastes like fresh breath.
