This was yesterdays outfit to head into Uni for a tutorial, gossip, coffee and then onto my French class. I must admit I though I would be better at French by now but we are doing such basic things that it just aint happening - this will be the year when I can at least hold a conversation (albeit a very simple one) with an actual French speaking person. Determination.

My tutorial was just what I needed I think, gave me a lot to mull over. I decided today was a white tights and socks kind of day. I hate having to just wear jeans and big jumpers when its cold, so the ace tights helped to revive my winter wardrobe. Boom. I was surprised with this gigantor scarf gift as I was leaving the house, so naturally I had to wear it instantly - warmest thing :) (the last photo is an instagram (@ashleyfauguel) shot of myself to kind of show the finished outfit article)

I am reading two books at the moment, one for Uni and one for myself although I am really enjoying them both so I suppose they would both be for pleasure - not sure why I am attempting to define it ok. I just am. Ha My lovely friend Cath over at I heart penny has a very cool video by Ken Richardson if you would like to take a look :) he is a very inspirational man. Fact.

In other news there are plans in the mix for drinks and another sightseeing/sketching day this week wahey! I think I may disable my illustration blog for a little while and just keep on with this lovely one just to take the added pressure off myself, I want to organise myself and my work before I post anymore on the t'internet - good idea? Be illustrationally (not a word but sounds fun)invisible for a while? Hum.
